Twig

The number of people doing home training is increasing. The most familiar equipment for such people is the dumbbells. According to research by users, dumbbells are often a headache because of their relatively large storage time and frequency. Designer moved away from the traditional Dumbbel form so that it can act as an object, and as a result, it can be used as an exhibition, not just as an exercise device, to give visual beauty. Of course it is also practical. It's easy to control weight compared to conventional dumbbells. It is shaped like a twig, so it can be used as a push-up bar, etc.

Ciao is a interactive fitness kit for individuals who wants to keep their body healthy and be fit, by working out at home instead of going to the gym. Ciao consists of a main device and 6 types of workout equipments which are wirelessly connected to the former. The main device has OLED display to show real-time feedback during a workout session.
